How It Works

Step 1

You Book: Fill out our secure form and upload your receipt/collection slip.

Step 2

We Verify: We cross-check your details with the Band/Promoter.

Step 3

We Collect: Our team picks up your package from the distribution center.

Step 4

We Deliver: You show ID, we hand over the goods. No lines. No stress.

Important Policies

– ID Required: We cannot release packages without a valid ID that matches the booking.
– Availability: Someone must be available to collect. Undelivered packages will be returned to base and attract a ($40 Re-delivery Fee).
– No Cash on Delivery: All Carnival bookings must be prepaid via Bank Transfer to ensure driver safety.
– The “No-Go” Zones: For safety reasons, we cannot deliver to unpaved roads or high-risk areas. We will arrange a safe meet-up point (e.g., Police Station or Mall).
